IBC Builders of Texas, Inc was started in August 2003 with one goal, to provide superior service to our customers at the lowest price possible. Our team has over 50 years of commercial experience in all phases of construction. In our business, Quality and Customer Service are our first priority. We emphasize the importance of servicing our customers at all levels of our organization. Our goal is to make your experience with our company both positive and rewarding.
Our primary construction projects are Restaurants and Tenant buildouts, building jobs for companies such as: McAlister's Deli, Little Caesar's Pizza, Inc., Great Clips, Wingstop Restaurants, Inc., Edible Arrangements, Plato's Closet, Once Upon A Child, Massage Envy, Firehouse Subs, Which Wich Sandwich Shops, Smoothie King and many more.

David F. Bode President
David began his construction career in 1989. He has served as superintendent, project estimator and project manager. As President for IBC Builders of Texas, David provides expertise and oversight to all projects under construction, helps determine appropriate staffing, coordinates project management, and field supervision. David creates successful relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and helps deliver projects within budget that bring the client’s vision to reality.

Gary Seals Commercial Project Superintendent
Gary has been a superintendent with IBC Builders for 18 years. His experience includes various types of projects such as tenant interior remodels and buildouts, including ground up strip centers.
Gary is OSHA30 Certified and has 20+ years in the construction industry.

Jeremy Duffy Commercial Project Manager
Jeremy has been a superintendent with IBC Builders for 8 years, and has transitioned into the project manager role. He has worked on Tenant buildouts and remodels and has been in charge of both small and large restaurant projects.
Jeremy is OSHA30 Certified and has 9 years in the Construction Industry.

Mariza Mendez Office Manager
Mariza has been the office manager at IBC Builders for 20 years. She has done the administrative and operational duties, as well as kept the office organized, clean and functioning with her positive outlook.
